Who we are

Joinerii coaches the partners who own and run businesses together. In this policy, "Joinerii", "we" and "us" mean Joinerii, 49B Shirley St, Toronto, ON M6K 2V1, Canada. Taciano Moraes is responsible for how we handle personal information. You can reach him at hello@joinerii.com.

What we collect

• When you take the Partnership Quiz: your answers, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your business name.
• When you invite a partner: your partner's first name and email address, your full name and any short note you add. We need your full name because the law requires the invite to say who referred them.
• When you join our newsletter or a waitlist: your email address, your first name if you give it, and the consent wording you agreed to, with the date.
• When you email us or book a call: what you send us, and the details you enter in the booking form.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

How we use what you tell us

The Joinerii team reads the information you give us anywhere on this site, including your Partnership Quiz answers and anything you send us through a form or by email. We use it to prepare your results and to prepare for any call you book with us. We never show your individual quiz answers to your business partner.

When you and your partners both take the quiz

If you take the Partnership Quiz from a partner's link or email invite, or a partner takes it from yours, we connect your results into one partner group. The group follows the invites: if a partner invites you and someone else, all three of you are in the same group. Once you have finished, everyone in the group can see each person's first name, two partnership levels, three foundation scores and whether each agreement is in place, side by side on a separate page linked from your results. We email the group once each time a partner finishes. Nobody sees anyone else's answers to individual questions.

Why we collect it

• To show and email you your results, and to let you come back to them.
• To connect your results with your partners' results, when you or they use an invite.
• To follow up about coaching, if your answers suggest a call would help or you book one.
• To send the newsletter or waitlist news, only if you asked for it.
• To improve the quiz, using results in summary form.
• We collect this with your consent, which you give when you submit the quiz, send an invite or sign up. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your choices and rights).

Your results link

Your results page address contains your answers and your first name, so you can open it again without an account. Anyone you share that link with can see your results. Treat it like a private document.

Who we share it with

• We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our follow-up, under their own security and privacy terms:
• Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database, stored in Canada), Brevo (email sending and contact lists), Attio (our client records), Google Workspace (our email inbox) and Calendly (call booking).
• Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. There, it may be accessible to the courts and authorities of those countries.
• We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Email and consent

We email you your results because you asked for them. We send the newsletter or waitlist news only if you ticked or clicked to receive it, and we keep a record of that consent. A partner you invite receives one email only, sent on your behalf, with no reminders, and they're never added to marketing lists. Every email we send says who it's from and has a way to unsubscribe. To stop any email, use the unsubscribe link or write to hello@joinerii.com.

How long we keep it

We keep quiz answers and contact details for 120 months (10 years) after our last contact with you. Then we delete them or make them anonymous. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to the Joinerii team and the providers listed above. Data travels over encrypted connections, and our tools use access controls. We never show your individual quiz answers to your partners.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@joinerii.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on this site. Your browser stores your quiz progress on your own device so you can resume where you left off; it's not sent to us until you submit. Calendly, if you book a call, sets its own cookies under its own policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you by email first.
